Scholarship Winners

The Lewis County Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce that Brynn Rice and Christina Hellinger were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the Ed and Marilyn McArdle RN Scholarship Fund. The scholarship was established to support students who are pursuing their Registered Nursing degree. Mr. and Mrs. McArdle established the scholarship fund to honor Mr. McArdle’s parents who were both Registered Nurses.

Brynn is currently at Robert Wesleyan University and plans to graduate with her BSN RN degree in May of 2026. She is currently a Nursing Assistant on East Wing at the Lewis County Health System. Christina is a student at Mohawk Valley Community College pursuing a Registered Nursing degree. She currently works at the Health System as a CS Tech/Surgical Tech.
